Project Porchlight calling for early donations due to weather forecast

The Huntsville/Lake of Bays Fire Department is preparing for the 36th annual Project Porchlight Food Drive in support of the Salvation Army tomorrow. With snow in the forecast, they’re offering an alternative to ensure everyone can participate.
Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m., you can drop off donations at Huntsville Fire Hall Station #1, and all Lake of Bays stations. Donation locations include:
- Huntsville Fire Hall Station #1: 1 Payne Dr.
- Lake of Bays Fire Halls: 1007 Limberlost Rd., 1230 Fox Point Rd., and 12 University St. in Baysville.
Additionally, donations can be dropped off at Dean's Home Hardware in Port Sydney and Erika’s Bakery in Dwight during their operating hours.
