Huntsville continues with snow removal after significant winter storm

Huntsville road crews are still working to clear snow after the Significant Weather Event, the town declared on Sunday.
The storm brought 40 to 50 centimeters of snow, making roads and sidewalks difficult to navigate.
The municipality says residents should expect delays as additional crews assist with snow removal, and a grader begins widening rural roads tomorrow making high-traffic urban roads the priority.
Residents are reminded to keep sidewalks and roads clear of parked vehicles and to give snowplows plenty of space. Parents should also keep children away from roadside snowbanks for safety.
