Driver held after DUI investigation

On Monday February 3rd, at around 10:30 p.m., an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle on Beaver Ridge Road in Gravenhurst.
The stop led to an impaired driving investigation, and a 27-year-old Gravenhurst man was arrested.
He faces several charges, including impaired operation, refusal to provide a breath sample, driving while prohibited, and failing to comply with a release order.
The driver remains in custody and is set to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on February 11.
