Arts R Us is a show dedicated to the celebration of Artists in Muskoka. We interview theatrical directors, musicians, song writers, visual artists, poets and authors, all who have a story to tell about their personal journey of creating art for themselves and for our community. The interviews are easy conversations that allow the artist to speak about what they love and why they create. Once a month we choose a famous Canadian Artist to discuss and educate our listeners about our cultural history as a very young nation. Always interesting always informative.

About The Hosts:

Karen is a past President of the Huntsville Festival of the Arts. She is a visual artist and sits on the Huntsville Art Society Board and Gallery Committee for Partner’s Hall at the Algonquin Theatre. Karen is interested in everything that promotes the arts community in Huntsville.

Noreen is a longtime arts supporter and hands on enthusiast. She is an active member of the Huntsville Arts Society (sitting on the Gallery Committee), the Trillium Handspinners and Weavers Guild, and the Huntsville Horticultural Society. For more than 30 years, she enjoyed a vibrant career in public librarianship in Toronto. An enduring curiosity is at the core of Noreen’s current pastimes and pursuits.
